Architect: Morrison Dilworth + Walls
Location: Plano, TX
14-story, 330,000 sq. ft. cast-in-place concrete office tower with a 6-level, 400,000 sq.ft, parking garage for 1100 cars. An elevated outdoor terrace that bridges between the office building and parking garage was constructed using a unique 3-dimensional, post-tensioned, cast-in-place concrete Vierendeel truss system echoing the exterior beam-and-column frame of the office tower.
